TOKYO: A massive earthquake shook Japan on Saturday morning. A magnitude 6.6 earthquake shakes the coast of Honshu. This was revealed by the Japan National Center for Seismology.
The quake struck at 6.57am on Saturday, officials said. People ran outside as the ground shook. However, no casualties were reported.
Authorities said no tsunami alert was issued. The tsunami that struck Japan ten years ago has claimed tens of thousands of lives.
