Ganguly on mentoring services
New Delhi: BCCI chief Ganguly has said that Mahendra Singh Dhoni will not take any fees for mentoring Team India in the T20 World Cup next month. It is learned that the board has announced 40-year-old Dhoni as the mentor in the Indian team selected for the short cup last month. “Dhoni is not charging a fee for being the mentor of the Indian team,” Dada said. BCCI secretary Jai Shah tweeted that Dhoni, who has led Team India to two World Cups (2007 T20 World Cup, 2011 ODI World Cup) under his captaincy, considers it his responsibility to serve the team. Jai Shah said that Dhoni had made it clear to them on the day he was selected as the mentor that he would not take any fees.
