One lakh students petition on CBSE exams ..
Currently, CBSE 10th and 12th class students are demanding the central government to cancel the board exams in May or to conduct them online in view of the calming of corona cases. Request to the Minister of Education to cancel the exams ..
The tests were canceled at a time when there were fewer cases in the country last year. Now more cases are being registered than ever before. How are the tests performed now? The students said they were asking the education minister to cancel the upcoming annual exams in view of the issue. They were asked to remove the extreme stress that was the test on them.
CBSE exams as scheduled .. with corona rules ..
A senior CBSE official responded to the petition. It was clarified that the CBSE examinations will be held as per the schedule. He said all arrangements were being made at the examination centers for the safety of the students. He said that steps were being taken to ensure compliance with the corona rules and that the existing test centers had also been increased by 40-50 per cent. Corona explained that we are specifically instructing staff to follow the rules.
Do not make false propaganda on exams.
CBSE Chief Executive and Secretary Gerry Arathon also clarified that the annual examinations will be held as per the schedule. No one is making any false propaganda. The CBSE exams will be held from May 4. It is learned that CBSE has already announced that it will conduct re-examinations for students who are unable to appear for the practical exams due to corona.
