How was Aryan Khan arrested?
Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB on October 2. Aryan Khan attends a drugs party on a cruise ship from Mumbai to Goa. During the cruise, the NCB arrested eight people, including Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha. However, no drugs were found from Aryan. Leaders associated with the BJP say they informed the NCB about the drugs party on the cruise and then the NCB took action.

The court heard the Aryan bail hearing today and announced that the verdict in the case would be announced on October 20. That means now the other accused, including Aryan Khan, will have to spend 6 days in jail.
Aryan’s bail petition was heard for the second day in a row in the Mumbai Sessions Court on Thursday. Aryan’s bail petition was once again opposed by NCB’s lawyer. An NCB lawyer said Aryan was addicted to drugs and that the drugs found on the cruise were brought in for Aryan. Evidence was also given in court. The NCB sensation also alleged that Aryan had links with international drug peddlers and was trying to smuggle large quantities of drugs from abroad.

Amit Desai lauded the steps taken by the NCB in the drugs case and said that the NCB was violating the constitutional rights of its client. However, after hearing arguments from both sides, the court reserved judgment. Aryan Khan was shifted back to Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail after he failed to get bail.
