The government today announced key decisions in the wake of the steady decline in corona cases in the AP. The review meeting, chaired by CM Jagan, decided on the timings along with the daytime curfew being imposed in the state in the wake of Kovid.
The government has decided to extend the curfew until June 20 as corona cases will not be completely reduced.
Although the corona cases in the AP are declining, the situation is not yet under control. This led the government to the view that it would be better to extend the curfew until the corona cases subsided. After reviewing the reports from the authorities, CM Jagan today decided to extend the curfew till June 20. Also another key decision was to extend the curfew exemption time by another two hours.
The daytime curfew currently imposed by the state in view of the corona is in effect until June 10. Also the exemption time is from six o’clock in the morning to 12 o’clock in the afternoon. It is being increased from June 11 to 2 p.m. The government has also decided to increase the working hours of government offices to 2 pm. These changes will take effect from June 11 and will remain in effect until June 20. The government will then review the situation once again and announce the next decision accordingly.
