The contemporary project “Koditta Idangalai Nirappuga” created good buzz mainly due to the creative first look and quirky promotional gimmicks by the team. The multi-facet Parthiban is back in style after a few gap whose erstwhile directional outing bagged decent reports amidst audiences. This recent flick has multitude of genre which includes romances, suspense and comedy starring Shanthanu and Parvathy in the lead. Thambi Ramaiah and Parthiban are seen in supporting cast, Sathya’s groovy tunes is the another reason for decent pre-release expectation.
The posh youngster has illegal relationship with servant girl and what are the aftermath effects is the rest of the story.
The initial stages of the movie commutes in a decent style where Shanthanu ‘s new makeover is subtle. The scintillating melodies are the another driving force in the first half. The romantic sequences featuring the lead pair looked good in the early phase but becomes dull in the midway. The mediocre narration evokes the dreary mood and testes our patiences.
The small cameo of Simran doesn’t looked meaty and her part had less impact to the story. Though the lead casts have done decent justice, the inconsistent narration makes the movie a average outing. The witty climax is the only highlighting factor of the flick where Parthiban’s miscreant act evokes laugh at the end.
Shanthanu and Parvathy’s romantic portions were decent also Thambi Ramaiah ‘s comical body language were neat and makes euphoria mood to the plot. Parthiban have essayed yet another cool performance with ease. Simran’s small cameo is disappointing.
The highlighting factors are the spell binding songs and comical climax. The downside are the inconsistent narration in most of the places.
Verdict- A mediocre plot is packed with romance and decent climax.
