GV Prakash is back to the silver screens after a brief gap with a bang and he is definitely the man of the moment with back to back hits as a music director in the form of Eetti and Theri and not to forget Visaranai which reaped gold. With just three films old as an actor, GVP is gearing up for his fourth venture Enakku Innoru Per Irukku which is a blend of action and comedy that is scheduled for its release on 17th June. His stunning rugged makeover and the quirky dialogues in the trailer of EIPI have already created quite a rage among his fans and the masses. This film, produced by Lyca Productions, features G.V.Prakash Kumar and Anandhi in the lead roles with Saravanan, Karunas, Yogi Bab, VTV Ganesh and Rajendran in the supporting cast.
Director Sam Anton made heads turn with his competent debut in Darling, a horror-comedy film, with GV Prakash and the coming back of this duo has already raised enough expectations among audiences. The teaser, trailer and promo videos of EIPI hint a tinge of Darling and TIN as far as GVP’s role of a gangster is concerned. The wackiness of Sam Anton and the lovely comedy timing of the comedians are very much evident in the film’s trailer, which showed us a glimpse of what we are in for. This is sure to take GVP’s image to a whole new level is what we can surely anticipate. GVP’s eccentric album has already gained popularity among the audience. The video song of Myma which was released online a few days ago is already topping the charts and we can expect another exhilarating bgm from the film.
Anandhi who plays the female lead shares a great chemistry off and on screen who is paired opposite GV Prakash in this flick after Trisha Illana Nayanthara which has raised the expectations of the film. GV Prakash has infact scored music for Anandhi’s films such as Chandiveeran and Visaranai. Hence this is another key selling point of the film and indeed a crowd puller factor for this film.
Sam Anton and GVP had previously worked together in 2015 Tamil horror-comedy Darling. Saying that it was a heroine-centric film, the director mentions that EIPI rests completely on the shoulders of the hero. “This is the story of the rise of a gangster. The film is filled with wacky characters and we’ve treated it with high-octane humour. The last half hour is where the film shifts gear and audiences will get to see something unexpected,” states Anton. GV Prakash also guarantees that this film can be enjoyed with your family and friends and sure to entertain everyone. The film’s length of 2 hours and 10 minutes is another ideal running time and the film is certified with an U/A certificate.
Bankrolled by Lyca Productions, Enakku Innoru Per Irukku is all set for release on June 17th in over 300 screens across Tamil Nadu and worldwide. Bookings have opened in almost all the screens and why wait to enjoy the entertainer in theatres.
